1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Unsatisfactory Content: If you are dissatisfied with the content of a course, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or use the course due to technical problems on our platform, and these issues cannot be resolved within 72 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same course more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase upon verification.
2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases may not be eligible for refunds, including:

  • Downloaded Materials: Any downloadable content (eBooks, course materials, etc.) that has been accessed or downloaded is non-refundable.
  • Courses with Certifications: If you have completed the course and received a certification, a refund will not be issued.
  • Subscription-Based Services: Monthly or annual subscriptions to Kreyl’s services are non-refundable after they have been activated.
3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team by emailing support@kreyl.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Course name and purchase date
  • The reason for requesting the refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your account.

Kreyl reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our platform after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
